From 0 to 10k

I will be honest: I don’t like sports. But if the girl wanna eat, she gotta move her backside, don’t she?
So I’m training to run 10k.

what’s my plan to action?
1) I am using a 10k training found on the Lucozade website ( ). Much better than freestyling it, trust me.


2) I am measuring my runs using mapmyrun app. It has a gps tracker and a voice that lets you know how you are doing. Cool!


Sundays like I like them

Sunny sunday, I never thought this will happen ever again!

So today I ran 5k in a beautiful natural reserve, and then ate a roast dinner (with cider please) at a very nice pub.

A perfect sunday indeed!
