Couscous time

Not sure what morroccan flavours are, but I interpreted them as being spicy, with ground spices like nutmeg, paprika, coriander.
It turned out quite nicely!

Pasta dinner

Tonight is the night, it’s pasta night!
How to describe this dish… It’s a broken lasagna pasta with a (too) spicy tomato sauce, shavings of carrots, topped with thin slices of brie.
